This document governs access to, use of, and subscription to the services offered through the Vuzka.com website (hereinafter, the “Platform”). By accessing, registering, browsing, or subscribing to any service on the Platform, the user agrees that
to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If the user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the Platform.
1. OPERATOR IDENTIFICATION
The Platform is operated by a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of El Salvador (hereinafter, “VUZKA” or “the Company”), which is duly registered and has its registered office in El Salvador.
VUZKA provides digital classified ad services to users located both within and outside of El Salvador.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
VUZKA is an automated technology platform that allows users to post classified ads for a fee.
VUZKA:
• It is not part of transactions between users.
• It does not act as an intermediary, agent, broker, or representative.
• It does not guarantee the accuracy of the ads.
• It does not participate in negotiations, payments, or deliveries between users.
The service provided by VUZKA is limited exclusively to the digital publication of the ad on
the Platform, in accordance with the subscribed plan. 3. USER REGISTRATION
To post ads, users must register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
The user is solely responsible for:
• The information provided.
• Safekeeping of your credentials.
• All activities performed from your account.
VUZKA reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that contain false, incomplete, or misleading information.
4. PLANS, PAYMENTS, AND SERVICES
Ad placement is 100% paid. The available packages, prices, duration, and features are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change at any time.
Payment:
• This must be done prior to publication.
• It is processed through external payment gateways.
• It does not guarantee results, sales, or leads.
Once payment has been made and the ad has been activated, no refunds will be issued, unless expressly required by law.
5. PREMIUM HIGHLIGHT
The “Premium Featured” service is an optional add-on that gives your ad greater visibility.
VUZKA does not guarantee:
• Minimum number of views.
• Contacts.
• Sales.
• Specific results. The duration of the featured listing is subject to the duration of the purchased ad.
6. CONTENT OF THE ADS
The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the content posted, including, but not limited to:
• Texts
• Images
• Prices
• Contact Information
• Legality of the product or service offered
It is strictly prohibited to post content that:
• Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Infringes on the rights of third parties
• Promotes illegal activities
• Undermines morality, public order, or public decency
• Harm the platform's image, reputation, or operation
7. RIGHT TO MODERATE AND REMOVE CONTENT
VUZKA reserves the right, unilaterally, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice, to:
• Reject
• Hide
• Suspend
• Edit
• Delete
Any advertisement, account, or content that, in its sole discretion:
• Violates these Terms
• Affects the proper functioning of the Platform
• Pose legal, technical, or reputational risks
• Is considered inappropriate, abusive, or harmful
Exercising this right does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
8. AUTOMATION AND AVAILABILITY
The platform operates automatically.
• Uninterrupted availability
• No technical errors
• Absolute service continuity
VUZKA may perform maintenance, make changes, or temporarily suspend services without liability.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VUZKA shall not be liable for:
• Direct or indirect damages
• Financial losses
• Loss of profits
• Conflicts between users
• Breaches by third parties
• Misuse of the Platform
Use of the Platform is at the user's sole risk.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VUZKA, its partners, directors, and collaborators from any claim, lawsuit, penalty, or damage arising from:
• User-generated content
• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of laws or the rights of third parties
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Platform, its design, code, brand, logos, and original content are the exclusive property of
from VUZKA. The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights through the use of the Platform.
12. TAX TREATMENT AND JURISDICTION
The services provided by VUZKA are digital services provided from El Salvador.
The user acknowledges that:
• The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of El Salvador
• Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of El Salvador
• Any other jurisdiction is expressly waived
13. AMENDMENTS
VUZKA may modify these Terms at any time. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
14. TERMINATION
VUZKA may terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time, without liability, when it deems it necessary to protect its operations, legal standing, or reputation.

FINAL DECLARATION
The user acknowledges that VUZKA is a technology-based publishing platform, and that the service
